Corey Ferguson, CCIM and husband of Kelly Ferguson, CCIM of Fort Bend Real Estate Corporation, took this picture of Lake Venice on Monday morning. Few places can afford such a view so close to the Houston Metropolitan area. Just one more attribute of Venetian Estates that makes it so desirable (see my previous post below).
