Kate Johnston of 303 Savoy celebrated her 12th Birthday on February 23rd. 

Originally planned as a fishing party, when the weather did not 

cooperate the celebration became a Bingo party instead!  

What a fun time was had by all!

Demolition began last week on the 4500 sf home located at 403 Savoy Street . This huge 1/2 acre plus lot will be the site for the gorgeous new home of Lori and Tom Shirley. The home will be built by Jason Pierce (Pierce Built Homes).

It was muddy today when the photos were taken so these pictures taken from the street don't show the incredible breathtaking view down Lake Venice.
